We facilitate all offshore investment transfers against clients’ annual offshore investment allowance limits, currently at R10m per calendar year and in accordance with the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) rules and regulations. Applications in excess of the R10m per year can also be applied for by us under a special SARS approval. We also manage the repatriation of funds into South Africa

We assist clients with all mandatory compliance documentation such as bank application forms, mandates and exchange control information as required by authorised dealers and liaise directly with these banks on our clients’ behalf.
