FX Administration Services

We execute deals on behalf of clients & provide intermediary services including the purchases/sales of all traded currencies, settlements, confirmations, trade matching & accounting. We assist clients with the setting up of direct dealing facilities, forward exchange contracts, daily monitoring and reporting of transactions, cash flow calculations on early deliveries and extensions and various other FX services. We liaise with banks on behalf of our clients thus providing our clients’ with a personalised, one-stop banking approach which is far removed from the current call-center approach experienced at banks

We guide clients with exchange control related matters in accordance with the South African Reserve Banks’ (SARB) rules & regulations. We are able to prepare exchange control applications on behalf of our clients in cases where the payments fall outside the ambit of current legislations. We further assist in the interpretation of the Balance of Payments (BoP) categories and are able to act as intermediaries with the banks on behalf of our clients

We have access to real time rates via live foreign exchange pricing mechanisms and constantly update our clients with daily market-moving news, views, statistics, historical data, graphs and general market information. This allows our clients to make informed FX decisions at optimal levels and on a regular, minute-by-minute basis.
